At Maximy, we believe that leadership isn’t just for a select few - it’s for everyone. Leadership is how we show up in our lives, tackle challenges, and unlock potential for greater success, wellbeing, and positive impact.

We’re here to make leadership development visible and accessible for all — from individuals and families to teams, organisations, and communities.

The beginning

Maximy began with a shared vision. In April 2015, Deborah Tom and Rob Frost noticed a problem: far too many people were unknowingly falling short of their potential, and too many leaders were being held back by common human challenges.

These struggles weren’t just affecting individuals; they were costly for teams, organisations, and society. Calling upon their combined experience and expertise, they set out to change this - making leadership development more accessible. Empowering individuals to achieve more success, wellbeing and positive impact, and help others achieve theirs.

The journey

In 2016, Deborah and Rob took the leap, committing to Maximy full-time. Using evidence-based research, years of experience, and input from experts across industries, they built powerful frameworks, content and tools designed to strengthen leadership at every level.

After years of testing, refining, and learning, Maximy soft-launched in June 2018.

Legacy and beyond

In 2020, Deborah passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Maximy stands as her legacy - a testament to her unwavering belief in people and her passion for sustainable, impactful leadership.

Today, Rob and the Maximy team carry Deborah’s vision forward: evolving, adapting, and empowering people to unlock their full potential.
