This workshop, available online or in person, is an engaging way to explore what it means to be the Best Possible Leader. It introduces you to the tools and thinking that aid your ability to unlock more potential for yourself and your stakeholders.  It also shows you how the concept works alongside existing leadership and role-specific models – it doesn’t reinvent the wheel; it enhances.

During the session, you’ll:

• Learn about high-quality thinking atmospheres and how better thinking leads to clearer opportunities
• Explore how to identify potential in yourself, your team, or your organisation
• Practise practical exercises that you can use with stakeholders
• Plan a few simple actions to start seizing your identified potential right away.

This immersive session is a hands-on, light-touch introduction to unlocking hidden opportunities for ongoing growth and impact.

A Mini-Mission is a focused, high-impact accelerator designed to help you and/or your stakeholders develop one of the Core Capabilities. These capabilities are essential for identifying and seizing potential – and for thriving in any role.

Examples of Core Capabilities include:

• Creating high-quality thinking atmospheres - includes trust, respect, psychological safety and constructive challenge
• Managing your time and energy
• Managing your brand, presence and reputation - includes influence, impact and selling yourself / talking about yourself
• Relationship building and communication - includes cultural understanding and political savviness
• Adopting a Work-in-Progress / Growth Mindset - includes creativity, curiosity, carrying out experiments and innovating
• Problem solving and decision making
• Having important / difficult conversations.

1. Choose a Core Capability based on your needs.
2. We design a tailored series of activities – like workshops, coaching, tutoring, and practice sessions (with actors) – to help you strengthen it.
3. Work solo, with a team, or in a group to put the learning into action, support each other, and hold each other to account.

Mini-Missions are fast-paced, practical, and results-driven, giving you and your stakeholders a powerful jump-start toward greater success.

This service helps individuals, groups and teams develop the fundamentals needed to start creating enabling habits and cultures where they regularly step back, skillfully engage and think together to identify and seize potential.

Aided by a coach, they develop reflective practices, increase their abilities to create atmospheres that foster psychologically safe engagement and high-quality thinking, and add tools to their ‘resource kits’.

They seize more and more potential by going through individual and collective cycles of IDENTIFY and SEIZE – strengthening their leadership each time.
