You can layer Lenses on top of each other to help identify high-impact opportunities.

We have many different Lenses that can work with your organisation’s own leadership and role-specific competency models. Plus, there are many different third-party Lenses you can use - for different leadership dimensions, roles, tasks, activities, knowledge, skills, capabilities, problems and decisions.
