2. The BPL Cycle

The 4-Step BPL Cycle is a tool and process to help you and your colleagues to reflect on and answer the questions, and then to pinpoint and carry out one specific action at a time to better enable success, wellbeing & positive impact.

The BPL Cycle aids you all to continuously reflect on and develop your leadership and role-specific capabilities, be more alert and agile to your environment, and be more potent and impactful.

Developing a Work-in-Progress (WiP) MindsetTM

Our mindsets influence the way we see things (our reality) and how we act. When we take on a WiP Mindset we see everything as ‘work in progress’, where nothing is fixed, no one has all the answers, everything can be improved, and much has still to be invented.
