Our coaches and mentors are trained and qualified at the professional level - and all belong to governing associations (ICF, EMCC, APECS or AC). They all have supervision with a qualified supervisor. Our trainers/facilitators have team coaching skills and our speakers are regular keynote stars.

Deborah Tom was our absolutely incredible co-founder.
She was a Fellow and Chartered Psychologist, Chartered Scientist, a Master Accredited Coach, a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Manager, a Chartered Personnel Director and Fellow of the CIPD/BPS.
Deborah designed award-winning culture change and leadership programmes for Barclays, Marriott, Whitbread, First Quench, PwC, KPMG, BAE SYSTEMS. She was a leading-edge practitioner, known for her creativity, vast evidence-based knowledge and experience.
Tragically, she died in May 2020 from cancer. Maximy is her legacy. Read her story.
Rob Frost is Head of Business Strategy and Operations.
He has over 15 years of strategy experience. He has worked for Accenture, Canon Europe, HSBC, and P&O Nedlloyd, and consulted numerous multinational clients.
